ORDER CANCELLATION:

Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your order has shipped it is ineligible for a return.  MarTec LLC reserves the right to deny canceling orders.  BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

RETURNS:

All orders placed with MarTec LLC are final, meaning NO RETURNS. The only exception to this policy is for improperly manufactured parts that do not fit the application they are advertised for. Returns will only be accepted if approved by MarTec LLC

Warranty:

All products produced by MarTec LLC are intended for offroad use only and hold absolutely no warranty due to the nature in which they are intended to be used. MarTec LLC is not responsible for any damages to vehicles due to parts being installed incorrectly.

Payment Disputes:

Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with their credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor for any charges that are validly incurred under this Agreement. In the event a chargeback or dispute is initiated, Customer agrees to first contact MarTec LLC in writing to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is filed for a transaction that was properly authorized, delivered, and/or performed, Customer shall be responsible for the full amount of the chargeback, any associated fees imposed by the payment processor or financial institution, and any reasonable administrative or legal costs incurred by MarTec LLC in responding to the chargeback.

MarTec LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, withhold delivery of goods, or pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances resulting from chargebacks. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in additional remedies as permitted by law.
