Kit is offered in 2 options:

Toyota axle kit (axle side brackets for 3” axle tubes)

1 ton/fabricated axle (axle side brackets for 3.5” axle tubes)

We are proud to offer our First Generation Toyota Tacoma 3 link trailing arm kit! This kit is compatible with both the 5 & 6 foot beds and pulls 17” of wheel travel. The kit is designed to run a 2.5x14“ coilover with a compressed length of 24.5” and a piggyback reservoir. They are also compatible with a external reservoir shock .

Kit stretches wheelbase 1” and requires a minimum axle width of 68” with a -13 offset wheel

Lift with this kit can vary from 2.5-5” depending on your front suspension setup/desired ride height.

Our 3/16” frame plates wrap both the top and bottom of the stock rear frame once the stock leaf spring brackets and have been removed. They have 2 locating tabs in them that align the plate perfectly on the frame every time. The frame plates are slotted for the shock towers to key into along with the frame side panhard mount, taking all of the guess work out of where things go. Kit includes replacement front and middle bed mounts to allow the frame plate to span the full length of the frame.

Kit specific 3/16” shock towers key into our frame plates for accurate mounting. This kit requires cutting into your bed for the shock towers to fit. The shocks mount on the trailing arm lower links providing 17 inches of wheel travel.

Lower link mounts on the axle are made out of 1/4” mild steel. We figured the added thickness to these parts will help them last longer as they will be the most likely to come in contact with rocks and other obstacles.

The 3/16” axle side panhard bar mount is mounted behind the rear axle low enough to maintain a flat panhard bar at ride height.

Our 1/4'‘ upper link mount is designed to clear everything necessary in the Tacoma frame. The frame side bracket is low profile and mounts out of the way to allow plenty of exhaust clearance.

All 3 suspension links come complete, cut and welded to length. They include 1.25” heim joints with jam nuts, misalignment spacers and 3/4” grade 8 hardware.

The panhard bar is constructed out of 1.5” .250” wall DOM tubing with 7/8 x 7/8 Heim joints on both ends. Both sides of the panhard bar utilize 5/8” Grade 8 hardware.

INCLUDED IN THE KIT:

-Frame plates that span the rear frame section under the bed, keyed and slotted for your shock towers and panhard bar mount. They plates will also have mounts for your sway bar tube and limit straps.
