We are proud to offer our 2005-current Toyota Tacoma 3 link trailing arm kit! This kit is compatible with both the 5 & 6 foot beds and pulls 15” of wheel travel. Built with the intended use of a 99- current super duty Sterling 10.5 and is directly compatible with fabricated axle housings with 3.5” axle tubes. The kit is designed to run a 2.5x12“ coilover with a compressed length of 21.5” and a piggyback reservoir. They are also compatible with a external reservoir shock . Shock part numbers:

The kit has 2 variations. You will select between the 2 options at checkout.

5” wheelbase stretch for 3.5” axle tubes

2” wheelbase stretch for toyota tacoma stock rear axle with 3” axle tubes

PLEASE NOTE: on the +2” toyota axle option you will be required to run a 2” wheel spacer with a minimum of a -13 offset wheel.

Lift with this kit can vary from 2.5-5” depending on your front suspension setup/desired ride height.

Our 3/16” frame plates wrap both the top and bottom of the stock rear frame once the stock leaf spring brackets and have been removed. They also have 2 locating tabs in them that align the plate perfectly on the frame every time. The frame plates are slotted for the shock towers to key into along with the frame side panhard mount, taking all of the guess work out of where things go.

Tacoma specific 3/16” shock towers are designed to stay inside of the inner fender to avoid having to cut into your bed. The shocks mount on the trailing arm lower links providing just under 15 inches of wheel travel.

Lower link mounts on the axle are made out of 1/4” mild steel. We figured the added thickness to these parts will help them last longer as they will be the most likely to come in contact with rocks and other obstacles.

The 3/16” axle side panhard bar mount is mounted behind the rear axle low enough to maintain a flat panhard bar at ride height.

Our 3/16'‘ upper link mounts are designed to clear everything necessary in the Tacoma frame. The axle side link bracket fits nicely between differential and the frame. The frame side bracket is low profile and mounts out of the way to allow plenty of exhaust clearance.

All 3 suspension links come complete, cut and welded to length. They include 1.25” heim joints with jam nuts, misalignment spacers and 3/4” grade 8 hardware. The frame side of the trailing arms have 1” uniballs with a delrin wobble stopper to keep the link from over rotating and damaging the shock eyelet. All 3 links are constructed from 2” .250” wall DOM tubing.

The panhard bar is constructed out of 1.5” .120” wall DOM tubing. I 7/8 x 7/8 Heim joints on both ends. Both sides of the panhard bar utilize 5/8” Grade 8 hardware.

INCLUDED IN THE KIT:

-Frame plates that span the rear frame section under the bed, keyed and slotted for your shock towers and panhard bar mount. They plates will also have mounts for your sway bar tube and limit straps.
