2005+ Tacoma Solid Axle 3 Link Kit

$3,999.99

LEAD TIMES CURRENTLY VARY FROM 2-4 WEEKS. PLEASE CALL AHEAD IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING TIME FRAME

We are proud to offer our 2005-current Toyota Tacoma 3 link solid axle kit! This kit is built with the intended use of a 05+ super duty Dana 60 front axle and is directly compatible with fabricated driver drop axle housings with 3.5” axle tubes. The kit is designed to run a 2.5x12“ coilover with a compressed length of 20.5” and a 90 degree hose fitting. Shock part numbers:

FOX 980-02-107 w/ 213-01-237-A lower eyelet / KING PR2512-CONR / RADFLO 6CR-003-90

Our 3/16” frame plates wrap both the top and bottom of the stock front frame once the stock IFS brackets and crossmembers have been removed. They also have 2 locating tabs in them that align the plate perfectly on the frame every time. The frame plates are slotted for the shock towers to key into along with the frame side panhard mount, taking all of the guess work out of where things go. Lastly, the driver side frame plate has the mounting holes for a 86-94 Toyota IFS steering box. These pre-determined measurements also make sure your pivot points for your drag link and panhard bar are in the proper locations to optimize performance and minimize bump steer.

Tacoma- specific 3/16” shock towers are designed to stay inside of the inner fender to avoid having to cut into your front end sheet metal. Leaning the shock back roughly 15 degrees provides you with a slightly progressive spring rate, helping reduce bottoming out. By leaning the shock back a little we were also able to leave plenty of room for a hydraulic bump stop to be mounted directly on top of the axle tube.

The transmission crossmember replaces your factory crossmember and has the lower link mounts incorporated in it. It is constructed from 3/16” and 1/4” mild steel. Its 3 piece design still allows easy removal of your transmission.

Lower link mounts are made out of 1/4'“ steel and incorporate the lower shock tab as well. We figured the added thickness to these parts will help them last longer as they will be the most likely to come in contact with rocks and other obstacles.

The 3/16” axle side panhard bar mount is designed to line up with a high steer arm on the passenger steering knuckle and align itself across the vehicle to the frame side mount.

Our 3/16'‘ upper link mounts are designed to clear everything necessary in the Tacoma frame. The axle side link bracket fits nicely between the motor and the frame. The frame side bracket is low profile and mounts out of the way to allow plenty of exhaust clearance.

All 3 suspension links come complete, cut and welded to length. They include 1.25” heim joints with jam nuts, misalignment spacers and 3/4” grade 8hardware. The lower links are straight and the upper link is bent to clear the passenger side exhaust manifold and the motor mount. All 3 links are constructed from 2” .250” wall DOM tubing.

The panhard bar is constructed out of 1.5” .250” wall DOM tubing. It has a polyurethane bushing at the frame side and a 7/8 x 7/8 Heim joint at the axle side. All of the panhard bar length adjustment will happen at the axle side utilizing a double adjustable tube adapter. Both sides of the panhard bar utilize 9/16” Grade 8 hardware.
